The previous documentation outlined the following programmer-oriented guidelines for the Pb_Multiphase framework (not yet written; they overlap with the Implementation Details section and may be relocated there):

core guidelines to develop;
how to add a physical model (e.g. a new lift-force model): where to go in the sources, how to manage the matrices;
how to handle discretization for source terms;
how to add a turbulence model;
how to create a new field and post-process it.
