Class Echange_interne_global_impose: This class represents the special case of.

Echange_global_impose where the exchange wall is internal to the domain. The external temperature defined in Echange_global_impose then becomes the temperature on the other side of the internal wall. Implicit treatment of this boundary condition requires special handling; see Op_Diff_EF::ajouter_contributions_bords().
