This interpreter must be used in sequential (before mesh splitting) if the opposite vertices of a periodic boundary are not perfectly aligned.
(case of certain tetrahedral meshes where the mesher is overly constrained by the CAD geometry). It attempts to move the vertices to align them.
This interpreter corrects periodic boundaries to conform to TRUST requirements:

For each vertex of the periodic boundary, its opposite vertex is searched in the + or - vecteur_perio direction and within a search_radius.
Among the pair of vertices formed, the one located in the +vecteur_perio direction is moved to align it with the other vertex. Exits with an error if vertices are too far from their associated vertex.
